You are able to check your balance by clicking on ‘view gift card’ in the email originally received containing your gift card, which will open a new browser window. The gift card balance will be show in a section which reads’ ‘Remaining balance’. You can alternatively call our friendly Customer Services team who will be happy to check for you. Please be ready with your details, which will be required for authentication. Alternatively, if you have the gift card QR code to hand, you can take it into our Regent Street, Glasgow or Manchester store where they can check the balance for you.
