Warranty Coverage
Belstaff products are made to the highest standards. If your item has a manufacturing defect, it may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund under our warranty policy.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Faults that occur under normal use
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty Period
The standard warranty period for purchases from Belstaff.com is 24 months from the date of purchase for jackets, clothing and shoes. For accessories (gloves, belts, hats), it is 12 months. Proof of purchase is required.
Belstaff.com do not cover warranty for purchases made from external retailers. If your contract of purchase is with an external retailer, please contact the retailer to inquire about their warranty policy.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To begin a warranty claim:
- Locate your order number and proof of purchase.
- Take clear photos of the issue.
